Grammy Award-winning trumpeter Brian Lynch has traveled the world over. Born in Illinois and raised in Milwaukee, he has made a name for himself performing and composing, all the while working with big names like the Horace Silver Quintet, the Toshiko Akiyoshi Jazz Orchestra, Angel Canales, Hector LaVoe, and Eddie Palmieri. He has been on the music faculty at the University of Miami and New York University, and directed workshops in Harvard University, The Eastman School of Music, Dartmouth University, the University of North Texas, and Columbia University.
